Job Description
- Sole responsibility and in charge of the hotel’s operations when managers are not on site
- Leading the team
- Ensuring safety and security of guests and staff
- Auditing income and revenue reports
- Guest check in and departure
- Managing and resolving guest complaints
Qualifications
- Availability over a 7 day basis including weekends and public holidays
- LCQ Certificate & current GM Certificate
- A full and current NZ Driver’s License with the ability to drive both Manual and Automatic cars
- 1 – 2 years experience in a management/supervisory role
- An approachable and professional manner
- Strong written and verbal communication and computer skills
