ICool USA in looking for a talented and enthusiastic Finance Manager to join our growing team!The Finance Manager will oversee all Financial and Accounting processes of the company, including daily operations, analysis of data and trends, strategic council with business owners, and an array of related duties. This role will also provide financial direction and consultation to the company directors as well as the company as a whole. This role reports to the Financial Director – International.Job Duties: – Ensure timely and accurate AP and AR functions.- Ensure Compliance with both Federal and State ordinances.- Control, Maintain, and Adhere to department budgets- Actively investigate abnormalities- Actively engage with department managers- Proactively consult and guide business owners on Best Practices and TrendsJob Requirements: – At least 8 years of progressive Finance managerial experience, required– Including overseeing Financial Teams and Direct reports.- Strategic financial proposal development and counseling experience, required– Experience in a Manufacturing environment, required– Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, or related field, required– Accreditation (as in CPA), required– Experience with IPOs and private to public transition, strongly preferred*Free Medical Insurance – BCBSAL Gold Plan*Pay: From $75,000.00 per year, DOEJob Type: Full-timePay: From $75,000.00 per yearBenefits:
