Job Scopes:

– Answer and resolve inquiries through phone calls and emails from customers and sales representatives

– In charge of products application testing

– Prepare and modify products training and demonstration manually

– Work closely with parent company in Japan on new product release

– Attend training seminars

– Ad-hoc duties as per assigned

Requirements: 

– At least Degree in any engineering discipline 

– Entry level are welcomed

– Familiar with HMI Programming / Scada Programming.

– Familiar with Serial, Modbus TCP, Ethernet etc communication protocol

– Experience with sensors and actuators (e.g. DC motors, encoders, relays, & solenoids)

– Experience with Stepper/Servo Motor

– Knowledge of Database Language (SQL/MySQL) will be a plus

– Knowledge of C#/Java/Python will be a plus
