We are looking for energetic Account Development Representatives (ADRs) to generate and nurture sales leads for the North America region, based in North America. Working closely with the Marketing and Sales teams, you will develop new business leads by a mix of warm and cold calling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospecting, screening and qualifying potential businesses through cold calling, emailing & approaching clients on LinkedIn
• Identifying and overcoming objections, whilst addressing business pain points through high activity
• Effective use of our CRM to manage leads and data
• Ability to think outside the box to generate your own leads
• Speaking directly with end customers/prospects and articulating the benefits of IFS business software solutions
• Following opportunities through the sales cycle with Account Executives to help progression to close
• Working with existing customers to sell IFS add-on products and services
