Support Worker – Levin – part time 27 hours work PER FORTNIGHT with shifts times as follows:
Week 1
Monday OFF
Tuesday OFF
Wednesday OFF
Thursday 4pm – 7pm
Friday OFF
Saturday 9am – 4pm
Sunday 9am – 4pm
Week 2
Monday 4pm – 7pm
Tuesday OFF
Wednesday OFF
Thursday OFF
Friday OFF
Saturday OFF
Sunday 9am – 4pm

Ideally, you will be committed to adhering to person-centred support, but confident to deal with the changing nature of the role and the sometimes challenging and complex behaviours.
