Advieh Restaurant and Bar, located within the stunning InterContinental Auckland, is seeking passionate and dedicated Food and Beverage Attendants to join our team. Contribute to Chef Gareth Stewart’s culinary vision and help us grow our establishment as a premier destination for both locals and international guests.

• Guest Service – Provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable from the moment they arrive until they leave
• Menu Knowledge – Stay informed about our menu items, daily specials, and beverage options, confidently answering guest inquiries and making recommendations
• Presentation – Serve food and beverages with attention to detail and in accordance with our presentation standards
• Cleanliness – Maintain a clean and organised work environment, including dining areas, service stations, and tables
• Team Collaboration – Work closely with the kitchen and bar team to ensure seamless service and a cohesive guest experience
• Upselling – Utilise suggestive selling techniques to enhance the dining experience and increase sales
• Compliance – Adhere to all health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards

What We Need From You

• A passion for food, beverage and hospitality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Valid New Zealand working rights
