Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be looking to expand on the current business and ensure the high standard of customer service is maintained. You will be responsible for the smooth running of the cinemas and liaising with the General Managers. You will also be heavily involved in the daily running of the site, with duties including:
– Day to day running, organisation and delivering on company policies
– Resolving any issues quickly and efficiently
– Training and supervising full and part-time staff to work as a team
– Running of the bar and shop.
– Ensuring office and marketing targets are met
– Compliance with Health and Safety Regulations
– Following Policies and Procedures
– Dealing Face to Face with large groups of people, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and efficiency
– Digital Projection- maintenance and troubleshooting
– Dealing with customer and telephone enquiries
– Human resources- wages/rostering
– Front of house duties
– Maintenance of Auditoriums and ensuring safety of patrons
The successful candidate will have/be:
– Good business sense
– A deep understanding of marketing principles, including the know how and initiative to execute marketing opportunities
– Good communication skills
– A positive attitude
– Negotiation skills
– Plenty of initiative
– Friendly and Approachable
– Proficient ICT skills
– Efficient and self-motivating

The successful candidate will be;
– 2 year’s Management experience essential
– Available to work across a 7 day rota, including mornings, evenings and weekends.
– Able to demonstrate their ability to expand business turnover and growth in footfall in their previous or present employment.
