Imperial College London invites you to apply for an exciting opportunity to join our ICT Digital Education Platforms team. We are looking for a Digital Education Support Analyst to join a dedicated team who provide day to day support for the software products, platforms and services that underpin teaching and learning.
As a direct report to the Education Platforms Lead you will work alongside two other Digital Education Support Analysts, three Senior Digital Education Support Analysts and other colleagues within the wider team. You will be expected to build positive relationships with the College’s EdTech Labs, Digital Media Lab and other supporting services to provide continuous improvement to the experience of all students and staff.

On a day-to-day basis you will be working closely with the Education Platforms Lead to deliver tasks and user stories that are defined and prioritised. You will also be balancing this with support demands, sometimes urgent and keeping an eye on driving continual improvements for the customer experience and the efficiency of the ICT organisation.
You will build working customer relationships with respect to digital education activities, contributing to decisions which influence the success of deliverables and team objectives, collaborating regularly with team members, stakeholders, and 3rd party suppliers.
You will be responsible for the delivery and design of training for key centrally supported digital education services.
You will bring capabilities that underpin communication, coordination and collaboration to support teaching and learning.
You will be willing to learn and adopt new technology and impart your knowledge to colleagues.

The College is currently trialling a Work Location Framework until early 2023. Hybrid working may be considered for this role and the role holder may be expected to work 60% or more of their time onsite, with 40% the minimum time spent onsite.
