This is an exciting opportunity to join the busy and lively Education Office in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) as an Education Support Administrator.
EEE has an international reputation for excellence in both teaching and research. It is home to approximately 750 undergraduate and postgraduate students as well as 200 staff. You would be joining an experienced team of education administrators who provide excellent support to Undergraduate (UG), Master’s (PGT) and PhD (PGR) students with the help of the departmental IT team and technical staff.
The Education Support administrator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth running of all aspects of the student lifecycle from admission to graduation. You will interact with applicants, current students, academic staff and administrative staff at all levels.

You will provide prompt, efficient and flexible support to staff, students and applicants in the admission and student lifecycles for either the Department’s Master’s (PGT) and PhD by research (PGR) degree programmes.
You will work collaboratively as part of the Department’s Education Office Team and be involved in the organisation, running and monitoring of a wide range of activities such as PG recruitment, examinations and student-related procedures.
Salary: £33,977 – £38,360 per annum
Contract type: Full Time, Open Ended
