We are looking for someone who has experience with web or tech products, loves to crunch numbers and has comprehensive knowledge of the Polish market. You will act as the subject matter expert for all products as they relate to Poland.
This is a great opportunity to take ownership, develop skills across marketing, Product, QA and all-around business skills for the Polish Indeed site.

Responsibilities:
Act as a market expert providing feedback and guidance on our product portfolio for Poland:
- Learn all areas of our product to become a market expert for product-related needs.
- Research Indeed product performance within your markets to help identify areas of improvement and provide evidence-based proposals to address them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define product requirements for your market.
- Leverage proprietary software to analyze performance data and run and analyze A/B tests.
- Support partner teams (e.g. Legal, Marketing) in identifying and resolving any market-specific issues.
- Support your team in executing roadmaps that align with departmental strategy and OKRs by delivering high quality work and prioritizing appropriately.
- Promote teamwork and inclusion by collaborating effectively across teams and cultures.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of relevant work experience working wth product support teams
- In-depth familiarity with and knowledge of Polish culture from extensive experience working and/or living in Poland
- Excited about web and mobile technology
- Expert written and verbal communication skills in Polish and English
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills to recognize patterns and issues specific to the Poland market
- Passion for digging into a problem and providing simple solutions
- Detail-oriented and extremely organized
Preferred:
- Experience working remotely
- Project management experience
- A/B testing experience
- Experience with the following softwares: G Suite, SQL, Tableau
- Web analytics and SEM/SEO experience is a plus

Salary Range Disclaimer
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.

Dublin 47,000 – 67,000 EUR per year
