A Insurance Agency is seeking a Receptionist/ Office Assistant to assist us in daily office tasks. Those tasks shall include things like answering phones properly, message taking, filing, computer data entry, assisting Insurance agents with paperwork, etc…
Person must be Well organized and reliable with NO attendance issues. This is a stable office job Monday-Thursday 9-5:30 and Friday from 9-5.
You must have good communication skills, nice personality and be able to work well with others.
You must have good phone skills and be good at answering multi- line phone system.
You must have good computer skills as there will be lots of computer data entry work to do.
You must have reliable transportation to work.
Starting pay is $16/hr-$17/ hr to start with periodic raise reviews based upon merit. You Will get 2-3 raises in your first year.

We are located on Cass Lake rd in Keego Harbor.
