Job Description
This position processes customer orders that are received for IST. IST services hundreds of unique customers. A positive attitude, good communication skills, and excellent customer service are expectations for this position. This position will work closely with other areas of the IST team to ensure customer order accuracy and will require follow up on status of orders with staff. Responds to customer and staff inquiries. Filing of order entry related documents as required. This position may be performed remotely based on IST needs.
