Brief about the role. This position will primarily be responsible to interface with key client stakeholders; apply management and technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle.

Work on a variety of critical client engagements with some of Infosys largest and most successful clients in New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities

• Stakeholder engagement and management. Engaging client stakeholders across digital, consumer, business, and technology to identify and solve key initiatives with technology
• Overall Program Management and Infosys SPOC for client for all program and delivery aspects
• Managing, coordinating, and liaising with Client leadership, Program teams and Third-Party stakeholders
• Telecom BSS experience, Extensive experience in Agile and waterfall delivery methodologies
• Experience in Financial management, Resource management, Risk and issue management, Schedule, and outcome management
• Delivery escalations point for all work being done across all key initiatives
• Proactive deep dives into scope/solution/risk/status of key projects to identify risks/ plan mitigations / process adherence /guidance on further course of action.
• Technical review of the key development with the architects to ensure application integrity and resolve conflicts
• Review and suggest corrective action to improve build and test quality, guide different units to have their own governance calls to discuss the metrics with Client
• Set up and maintain the technical governance process across various levels for all development changes in production (Projects/BAU/PBI)
• Provide thought leadership and partner with Client on key delivery initiatives, IT Strategy development and implementation, by working closely with multiple delivery units under a single governance and resolve conflicts and shape a converged outcome
• Advise Client on delivery strategy, process, governance
• Leverage Client context and provide content and inputs on BSS Engineering processes, organization structure, rules of engagement etc.
• Coach and support the operations team for help needed from other teams, internal units and Account team, Guide operations team on management aspects as needed
• Monitor and ensure service continuation from offshore and help remove impediments
• Assessment of key resources, plan release/ replace resources in alignment with Client project initiatives requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 18-20 years of experience in Information Technology.
• At least 15 years of experience in Primary Skills –
• Telecom experience, BSS,
• Delivery Leadership in Agile and waterfall projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in software development life cycle
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
