Job Summary: To provide executive administrative and operational support to the assigned executive and leadership team while managing very confidential material and information. Responsible for the development, coordination and implementation of the tasks associated with the operational leadership team.
Responsibilities:
Participates in Executive Team including assisting in scheduling meetings, attending, memorializing and as appropriate creating, tracking and communicating associated work plans. Coordinates with shared services to close data and other gaps identified as part of work with Executive Team. Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the assigned executive(s) including: managing an extremely active calendar of meetings; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed market strategies, tactical initiatives and functions. Support intermittent data reporting and analytic needs of assigned executive. Plans, coordinates and ensures the assigned executive’s schedule is followed and respected. Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the assigned executive(s)e, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures. Review and approve invoices associated with the central business office operations.
