Insight Global is seeking Leave and Claims Administrators for one of our top clients in the Atlanta, GA area that focuses on custom solutions in disability management and leave services for disabled employees. The one thing that sets our client apart from their competitors is their white glove customer service.
We are looking for motivated individuals who have a passion for customer service and helping others. In addition to strong customer service, we are looking for people who are highly organized and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. In this role you will be working with multiple clients and people daily. Most of the communication will be heavily focused on email, but there is a need for phone support as well (about 10 calls a day). You will be responsible for, but not limited to determining eligibility for employees and their leave/claims appeal, reviewing paperwork, calculating, and processing claims, notifying employees of their approval or denial, and keeping clients informed on leave requests.
