Responsibilities
- Promptly greet guests entering establishment and take their orders according to procedure
- Help customers understand menu items, ask clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy
- Giving each customer a warm experience with a smile
- Bake our delicious cookies to perfection
- Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are created and sent out
- Handle cash and payments accurately and have no shortages or overages
- Cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining the bakery
Requirements
- Prior experience in a customer service focused role – preferred
- Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor
- Ambitious nature
- Great communication and organizational skills
- Must be 18 years or older to be employed
- Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
