The Scheduling Coordinator is an integral part of the daily operations team for one of Arizona’s fastest growing home and commercial inspection companies. As a Scheduling Coordinator you will be in an upbeat environment, interacting over the phone with clients helping them through the inspection scheduling process. Having great attention to detail and strong communication skills will help you be successful. The Scheduling Coordinator’s main objective is to provide clients with a wonderful customer service experience from the first phone call through the delivery of our service. This position is on-site M-F.
Key Objectives:
Deliver exceptional service to our clients and team members.
Educate our clients on features & benefits of add on services
Schedule orders and collect all necessary details to ensure smooth execution
Duties and Responsibilities:
Receive phone calls and respond to client emails in a positive, friendly professional manner.
Assist in the order taking, scheduling and preparation of inspections.
Coordinate all information/documents needed for each day’s scheduled inspections.
Ensure compliance in following companies process and procedures to deliver exceptional support for clients and inspection team.
Update and maintain CRM/Scheduling database as needed.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
Key Skills:
Previous scheduling, call center, administrative, and/or customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication skills: both written and verbal
Love working both on the computer and phone
Ability to multitask in a busy, small office while maintaining confidentiality & professionalism
Strong organizational and planning skills
Extremely detail oriented
Must be results driven and willing to follow an accountability process for self and team
Flexible, reliable, and self-motivated
People with a service attitude
Be a team player and cooperate with all co-workers
Excels in an incentive-based bonus structure
Computer proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, PowerPoint
Education: High school diploma with some college or business training preferred
Pay: $20 per hour based on performance.
