Job Description

Instant auto body is seeking a Human Resources Manager to Help create a training platform, oversee all general areas of human resources. Responsibilities include managing recruiting, and benefits administration; driving positive employee relations; monitoring and ensuring compliance with the Company’s legal obligations as to the FMLA, ADA, EEO/Affirmative Action, Workers’ Compensation, Unemployment and other employment laws. Safety is also a key focus for the Human Resources Manager who is responsible for ensuring that partners are trained on company safety policies and procedures and emphasizing a culture of safety at the location overall.

Skills/Qualifications

Create and manage job postings and corresponding applicants for employment

• Conduct phone screening, Schedule Zoom interviews, and in-person interviews
• Perform behavioral based interviews to ensure the most qualified and stable workforce
• Schedule follow up interviews with territory managers and CEO
• Track applicant milestones from point of job posting to first day of employment
• Follow up with new hires daily then weekly post hire to ensure a successful onboarding process
• Facilitate and troubleshoot the use of our applicant tracking system for hiring managers
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Must have excellent computer skills
• Ability to work with existing technicians in a coaching capacity. Helping with whatever problems they have. Showing commitment to our employees personal growth.Required
• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
• Experience with safety programs, compensation, benefits, recruiting, hiring and training
• Valid driver’s license
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet

Preferred

• 2+ years’ Human Resources experience
