Institute of Coaching Hiring for Customer Concierge at Remote Full Time

The Institute of Coaching (IOC) at McLean, a Harvard Medical School Affiliate, is a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing the scientific integrity of the field of coaching. Our mission is to gather and disseminate the best coaching science, foster coaching research, and catalyze positive change in the world.

We have an opening for a Customer Concierge to provide support to our members.

Institute of Coaching is a membership based organization and the Customer Concierge will provide support for large cohorts of members through the onboarding process and then provide continuous support through their membership journey. This includes loading cohorts into the database, responding to questions or concerns from the new and existing members in a timely manner, maintaining the maintence schedule, and hosting virtual membership tours via Zoom to the members.

The position will require regular Zoom meetings with members of our team to collaborate on the needs of the cohorts and ideas to build out the content provided to them. In addition, the Customer Concierge will attend meetings with the Executive Teams of the membership organizations to be engaged in their current needs as an organization as a whole as well as to relay any input around the feedback from the members.

Knowledge of Keap/Infusionsoft CRM is a huge plus!

Engagement: The Customer Concierge will be a contract position paid on an hourly basis with an estimated 15-20hrs/week.

Compensation: $30/hour
