Integrity Investments, Inc Hiring for Office Assistant Job at Brookfield, WI Full Time

• Scanning invoices, monitoring errors, and assisting with the AP software daily
• Assisting with the processing of payments for invoices, following up on uncoded or disputed invoices and pulling invoices or information for periodic audits at properties
• Entering and reviewing accounts receivable including check entry and electronic
• Reviewing property work orders in the system, and closing out completed work orders
• Working closely with Property Managers, Accountants, clients, vendors and corporate personnel providing top quality customer service.
• General office administration such as scanning, copying, filing, organizing, etc.
• Supporting accounting staff with varies duties and projects
• Providing back-up front desk coverage as needed
• Answering and responding to tenant/manager questions and concerns
• Reviewing and submitting legal paperwork for evictions and collections

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
