Pay Rate: Up to $19.55 per hour
Shifts Available: 1st Shift 6:00a-2:30p/3rd Shift 8:30 PM – 5:00 AM

About the Data Entry Position
Our client is a leading Financial Institution in North America. They are currently looking to bring on a team player to fill an exciting role in Data Entry.
Data Entry Job Responsibilities:
- Maintains database by entering new and updated customer and account information.
- Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.
- Establishes entry priorities.
- Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies.
- Resolves deficiencies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.
- Enters customer and account data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on the keyboard or optical scanner according to screen format.
- Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
- Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.
- Combines data from both systems when account information is incomplete.
- Purges files to eliminate duplication of data.
- Tests customer and account system changes and upgrades by inputting new data.
- Secures information by completing database backups.
- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Data Entry Job Requirements:
- Able to work 10-hour days.
- YOU MUST BRING 3 FORMS OF GOVERNMENT IDS WITH YOU TO YOUR INTERVIEW.
- MUST be valid, legible, clear, NOT EXPIRED, not torn or tattered.
- Background Check: No convictions within the last 7 years.
- Both IDs MUST have your birthdate and the EXACT SPELLING NAME ON BOTH.
- Current driver’s license or state ID (current, not expired).
- Social Security Card.
- Proof of US Citizenship document – an official Birth Certificate, Legal Permanent Resident Card, Naturalization Certificate, or US Passport.
- Must satisfy background and drug test requirements.
- Must be able to type 7000 keys per hour.
