Virtual Assistant – Part Time

If you’re passionate about education, career services & learning development, we have a client seeking a Virtual Assistant to join a dynamic team working towards a mission of empowering social entrepreneurs to thrive through nonprofit endeavors!

Schedule 10-20 hours a week to start, then 20-25 hours!

Available between the hours of 9-5pm Central/Eastern

The Role:

• Answer intake calls & forward over to the right executive via email.
• Hubspot email management, tagging, etc.
• Executive Email Management
• Pulling .csvs and creating reports for customers
• Sending students completion certificates
• Organizing CRM/Project Management via Monday.com

• First Round Interview 45 minutes

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 – $25.00 per hour
