Internal Data Resources Hiring for Data Analyst at Remote Full Time

Responsibilities for the Data Analyst:

• Implementing a fluid, end-to-end process for how data flows through the organization
• Collect, analyze and interpret healthcare data (clinical performance, quality assurance, outcomes, etc.)
• Prepare data sets and establish KPIs to tie clinical performance & performance data to financial outcome
• Track the sales-to-operation handoff to ensure customer goals are met and and process gaps are easily identified and addressed
• Cleaning data, and reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems.
• Working with a variety of tools (ex: SQL, Excel, Tableau, etc.) to access data, write queries, developing programming logic, and analyze large datasets to meet the needs of the stakeholders

Requirements for the Data Analyst:

• Minimum 5 years of data analysis in a hospital, health system or healthcare-related organization is required
• Knowledge of SQL and data-base design
• Experience with extracting data and reports from at least one electronic health record system, preferably EPIC, POLR and Insight
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to take initiative.
• Strong ability to work independently and within team setting to achieve outcomes
• Experience with analytics reporting and data interpretation/presentation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 – $135,000.00 per year
