We are looking for an office generalist / operations administrator with experience working in a professional business environment.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience working as an admin assistant / office generalist / operations admin in a professional office environment
• Experience working as an executive assistant
• Ability to oversee and managing onsite and remote operation
• Experience developing and enforcing operational procedures
• Experience supporting HR with applicant screening, employee onboarding, and employee management
• Experience contributing to special projects, sales and marketing activities, and other areas of business
• A self-starter and organized individual with the ability to work without supervision
• Must have contributed to growth of a successful organization
• Understanding of modern digital technologies will be a plus

Additional Details

This is a direct-hire part-time position for candidates based in New Jersey. Position requires working average 20-25 hours each week Monday to Friday between 9am – 6pm Eastern Time.
