Digital Marketing Account Manager or Brand Manager with a focus on Marketing Services Solutions.
Creative Agency Background preferred. Contract role – 6 months, extendable, daily rates.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Account Manager within the Creative / Digital Marketing space to join our Team of Account Managers.
Reporting into the Creative Digital Account Director, you will play a key role as a Digital Marketing Account Manager within a full service internal agency that supports all divisions of this Multinational Organisation’s operations worldwide.
This internal Creative agency provides the full Marketing Service to internal Business Commercial clients from campaign strategy, MarComms, messaging and innovative creative campaign design solutions right through to deployment directly into the channel.
Your role will focus on account management responsibilities, engaging directly with Senior Business Unit Leaders, reactively taking customer briefs, fleshing out proposals, engaging with content & creative design teams, advising internal clients and various brands on (and executing) creative campaigns & Digital Marketing Services, managing account planning, etc. The project demands vary from 1-2 days up to 12 months & mostly focus on Digital web services solutions.
You must have a background in Marketing & account management or Marketing brand management, ideally within a Creative Agency or an internal Digital Marketing Division of a Multinational organisation Plus key business stakeholder relationship building expertise.
This is not a Sales role. We are not looking for anyone whose account management experience is primarily in selling / sales function.
You are expected to have experience in building and maintaining customer relationships, develop creative strategy, possess excellent planning abilities to co-ordinate across creative accounts, projects and service delivery teams. Your goal is to provide a quality service to the business, ensure retention of the Creative Agency’s client base and to promote further growth opportunities.
Experience required:
Degree or Professional Qualifications in Marketing and/or Digital Marketing ideally
Expertise in Marketing / MarComms
5+ years commercial experience working as an Marketing Account Manager, Brand Manager, Digital Marketing Manager or similar position within Digital Marketing, with high preference for a background in Creative Agency / digital marketing agency
Proven experience of interfacing with clients/customers, Digital Marketers, Creative Professionals (Art & Creative Directors), Digital Production Managers, Project Managers, etc
Excellent Enterprise Commercial Awareness & solutions focused
Very strong stakeholder engagement skills
Any experience of managing Accounts within the Pharma, Healthcare or Financial Services sector is also desirable, to understand the constraints of a highly regulated industry framework
Must have a Multinational, International or Global Organisation background
Contract Duration = 6 months +
Contract Rate = €400-450pd guide daily rate
Working Environment: Hybrid/remote – multinational org.
