Iscential Inc is seeking an Entry Level Accounting Clerk who is ready to start their career within the accounting department of our multi-state insurance agency. In this position, you will be exposed to all aspects of the department with diverse day-to-day responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Retrieving and Inputting commission statements and policies into our agency management system
• Posting deposits, checks, and journal entries to the G/L
• Preparing and sending statements for ACH payments to agents
• Bank reconciliations
• Other duties as assigned

• Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Office skills
• Must be detail-oriented and precise
• Must be willing to learn all intricacies of the company and eager to take on additional responsibilities
• Ability to work as a team and individually
