Job Description ITTSforAll, LLC is seeking a talented and motivated Junior Software Engineer who can use their analytical and problem-solving skills to turn business objectives into technological solutions. The ideal candidate should be able to think strategically and create innovative technology solutions that provide value to the organization. They should also have a strong understanding of software development processes and ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of customers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop software solutions by analyzing requirements and information needs
- Utilize software development tools to produce high-quality components and code
- Enhance existing software and bring solutions into production in a timely manner
- Maintain programming standards and deliver excellent accuracy and quality
- Explore and expand skills in new technologies
- Troubleshoot and debug applications as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field
- Up to 2 years of experience in software engineering
- Previous experience with an object-oriented programming language (Java, .Net, C++)
- Familiarity with software development methodologies, such as Agile
- Proficiency with software development tools like Git, Visual Studio Code, or Eclipse
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Job Type: Full Time
Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 per year.
