Your role
We have a unique, exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Team Leader to join our Newmarket offices. In this diverse, challenging role, you will ensure seamless service to Ixom’s customers whilst coaching and developing the team of Customer Service Representatives to ensure high standards of service.
This is a perfect opportunity for someone who is seeking to grow their leadership to the next level, develop their team and work towards maintaining excellent relationships with our established customers.
