We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our successful housekeeping operation. This role is responsible for the cleanliness and upkeep of the entire hotel, which includes public areas, 269 guest rooms, 2 restaurants and bars, 8 conference rooms, gym and club lounge.
As the Executive Housekeeper you will be responsible for achieving hotel and departmental budgets, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness with all aspects of the Housekeeping procedures. The Executive Housekeeper will ensure high levels of guest and employee satisfaction, and compliance in all aspects of health and safety policies, procedures and the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015.
This position requires a collaborator with an abundance of energy, passion, and strong leadership skills to drive a team of 40 for excellence in standards and strong attention to detail. Due to the complexity of this role, previous extensive hotel experience in Housekeeping Operations is essential.

This is a Full Time Salaried role with some weekend work required. The Executive Housekeeper reports to the General Manager and is a member of the Executive Management team.
