Customer facing service advisor to include admin duties, deal with customers in person & on telephone, arrange appointments, raise job sheets, invoices etc. Carry out after service call backs, input suppliers invoices etc. Accept assistance call outs from motoring organisations both by telephone & through APEX industry specific computer system. Provide a high level of customer service.
