The Restaurant Service Manager is an important role in running the restaurant. He/she will be responsible for overseeing the efficient running and indoor and outdoor customer service. He/she needs to manage and work with full-time & part-time waiters and waitresses for the smooth operation of the restaurant.

Job Responsibilities

• Be responsible for customer order management, best service experience
• Communicate with Chef on guests’ requirements and always maintain a close relationship with the kitchen.
• Maintain safety requirements, ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene, and health and safety legislation/guidelines.
• Handle customers’ compliments and complaints promptly & recommend improvements
• Be aware of the special dishes, promotions to increase sales, maximizing guest spending where possible
• Achieve assigned sales target month on month to grow the business

Job Requirements

o3+ years of working experience as a service manager/ crew

oGood in English language & Mandarin speaking

oExperience in handling bar, cocktails

o Ability to work in multi-cultural and multi-cuisine restaurant environment.
