Hiring Immediately!!! Jibe Staffing has an immediate opening for a Warehouse Office Administrative Assistant for our client located in Austell, GA. This position is temp to hire and within a temperature controlled warehouse/office environment.

POSITION & REQUIREMENTS:

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE

Office Assistant :

• Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail and mail. Screen phone calls and route callers to the appropriate party.
• Perform office tasks, such as filing and maintaining records.
• Assist Leadership and HR staff with miscellaneous projects as requested.
• Maintain inventory of office supplies and request purchases as necessary.

SHIFT:

1st Shift Monday – Friday

4-5 hours each day

PAY:

$18 per hour
