Responsibilities

• Responsible for making sure that all customer inquiries are responded to quickly ovre the internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates.

• Responsible for making sure that aggressive follow up is performed by the sales staff and that proper future follow up is put in place in the CRM.

• Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management.

• Utilize CRM tracking system daily.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate would have experience in the Automotive Sales BDC, and/or extensive experience in outbound phone sales/marketing

• The position requires excellent phone and online communication skills as well as interpersonal collaboration and strong work ethic

• At least one previous role based in customer service experience

• Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve

• Prompt and courteous demeanor

• Positive and hardworking personality

• Strong computer skills

• Valid driver’s license

Pay: $5,000.00 – $10,000.00 per month
