What this opportunity involves:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated and confident professional to work as a Data Analyst for JLL based in the Auckland office.

In this role, you will drive the data quality of the subsystems (Focus, Capforce) through process and tech improvement and collaboration with the JLL business to enhance business insights to support better decision-making and value add to internal and external customers.

Provide data reporting and visualization using Power BI for all teams in the business to aid business growth

Identify business processes that can be automated or more efficient and develop solutions for this through programming

Provide initial and ongoing training on JLL systems for all New Zealand as well as be the main point of contact for any system queries or issues. Be heavily involved in upgrading the system where possible.

Support the drive for client information / clean up and maintenance

You may have a tertiary qualification in Business Science, Logistics, IT or Math related studies. Or have experience working with CRM’s, Robotics and/or other technical systems.
