As part of the Social Media and Influencer team, this role will support the team’s objective of building a best-in-class global social media presence. This position will manage campaign planning and strategies, monthly content calendar development and creation, and paid distribution across multiple social platforms – with the goal of ensuring social metrics are achieved alongside business objectives.

Our office is looking for an experienced content creator and social media manager to work at our Chatsworth office. The social media accounts that you will be operating is our Instagram @jluxlabel and TikTok @jluxlabel.com Experience that we are looking for includes but is not limited to:

What you’ll do:
· Develop social media content for campaigns and monthly content calendar
· Collaborate with global colleagues to deliver campaigns and monthly content calendar
· Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice
· Use channel mix to create awareness of the brand and facilitate continued engagement among fans and followers
· Develop and maintain a process workflow that ensures consistent execution and delivery of social media campaigns and monthly content calendar
· Plan, develop, implement, manage, and report on activity across all social media channels
· Oversee reporting and present results (including insights) back to stakeholders at all levels
· Manage day-to-day social media channel presence and response activity
· Work closely with social platforms and/or agency partners
· Collaborate with, and support, Marketing teams (including mobile, loyalty, product, regional marketing and partnerships teams amongst others) in broader initiatives
