Administrative Customer Support Specialist

Start ASAP – Up to $19.00 per hour

As Administrative Customer Support Specialist, you will:

• Receive complete training
• Learn to provide a combination of clerical, administrative, data entry and customer support
• Learn to coordinate with internal teams
• Learn to enter and process customer information in the database
• Communicate with customers by phone and email
• Learn to answer questions and address inquiries
• Learn to conduct customer-specific research
• Troubleshoot issues and complaints as they arise
• Escalate complex issues as necessary
• Learn to create and process customer billings/invoices
• Generate routine and special correspondence
• Maintain manual and electronic customer files
• Handle special projects
• Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

• At least 1 year of General Office, Clerical and/or Administrative experience
• Customer Service skills
• A High School Diploma or Equivalent

This is a contract assignment anticipated to last 3 months with the STRONG POSSIBILITY to convert to a full-time, direct-hire with the Company thereafter.
