Executive Assistance / Executive Support

Executive Assistant to CEO

Up to 155,000 plus full company-sponsored benefits and significant year-end bonus

As Executive Assistant to the Chairman and CEO of a top Real Estate Investment firm you will:

  • Manage all Administrative functions at the Board and Executive level
  • Perform a combination of Executive Support and Office Management duties
  • Manage the Board and CEO’s calendar and schedules
  • Arrange meetings and prepare meeting materials
  • Plan and manage travel as needed
  • Prepare routine and special correspondence
  • Create, review and edit documents
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets
  • Use QuickBooks Software
  • Prepare financial statements and income statements
  • Run routine and special reports
  • Perform basic bookkeeping functions
  • Review and reimburse expense reports
  • Monitor the CEO’s voicemail and email inboxes
  • Assist the CEO with personal business as needed
  • Troubleshoot issues as they arise
  • Manage special projects
  • Serve as the CEO’s on-call resource weekdays, nights and weekends*

*All candidates must have both the willingness and the ability to serve as an on-call resource for the CEO outside of office hours regularly, including on nights and weekends

An ideal candidate profile will include:

  • At least 5 years of Office Administration, Office Management, Executive Assistant, Executive Support or similar
  • At least 2 years of C level experience supporting the CEO, President, COO and/or Board Chairman

With:

  • QuickBooks experience / proficiency
  • Advanced MS Office skills including full proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Pluses:

  • +++ A Bachelor’s Degree and/or Advanced Degree
  • +++ Related experience from a similar industry
