Front Desk Receptionist

Up to $19.00 per hour to start

As Front Desk Receptionist, you will:

• Join a specialist in the medical device industry
• Cover a leave anticipated to last 2 weeks
• Administer front desk activities
• Answer the main phone line
• Screen and transfer calls
• Take and distribute messages
• Answer questions and address inquiries
• Sign visitors in and out of the office
• Monitor the general email inbox
• Make updates to lists. spreadsheets and customer account information
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and parcels
• Assist with data entry processes
• Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

• At least 1 year of Reception and/or Customer Service experience
• Experience Answering Phones
• A High School Diploma or Equivalent
