Are you passionate about building relationships? Join CPM now as a Business Development Executive and represent JTI’s Reduced Risk Product: Ploom! Work with retailers to increase sales of this fantastic and innovative product in the Grocery and independent channel. We value excellent communication skills and welcome applications from individuals with less or no previous experience as we provide full training. The salary can go up to £29k depending on experience, with additional bonuses and a company car provided.
Ideal location: Wimbledon, United Kingdom, SW18
Territory: Ashford, Brentwood, Epsom, Feltham, Hounslow, Isleworth, Kingston Upon Thames, Richmond, Sutton, Twickenham, Walton on Thames, and surrounding areas. A full driving license is essential for this job.
What will you be doing as a Business Development Executive? You will be representing JTI, one of the leading Fast-Moving Consumer Goods brands in the UK, by building relationships with retailers and potential clients in grocery and independent retail stores. Your role will be to promote and sell the JTI Ploom heated tobacco product, providing in-store training and targeted sales support initiatives.
Your typical day as a Business Development Executive:
Maximizing product availability and maintaining brand standards
Increasing the distribution of Ploom to retailers in your area and winning new business
Staying informed about the competitor landscape and having excellent knowledge of the Ploom product
Managing your own territory and sourcing leads
Providing daily reports on sales performance, pricing, and market intelligence
