In this moment, we are seeking an experienced and self-motivated AR Assistant to assist in case management, client communication, and team support. Previous Financial Administration experience is required and QuickBooks experience is a plus. Career tasks will include receiving, processing, and collecting on services rendered. In this role, you will assist in reviewing account information, correcting discrepancies, and ensuring that accounts are properly billed and that payments are collected. Spanish speaking is preferred, but not required.

Job Duties
Generally speaking, your job duties as an AR Assistant will include the following:
· Assist in the completion of billing tasks efficiently and accurately
· Preparation and quality checking of invoices (Billing)
· Collect client payments in accordance with payment due dates & Trust Account transfers
· Post payments to Clio
· Follow up on declined payments
· Monitor client accounts and update changes
· Prepare and send account reports to team members and clients
· Perform other tasks requested by members of the team
· High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability
· Attention to detail
· Confidentiality of Financial Operations
· Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
