Looking for a role to fit around your busy lifestyle? We’re on the hunt for a new Office Assistant to be the backbone of Joylab; seamlessly coordinating office tasks that are essential to our Auckland support office running efficiently. It’s a varied gig that could have you responding to customers and ordering office goods, through to working your magic to organise events for your colleagues.
The successful candidate is a proactive team player, ready to pitch in on everything and anything. You’ll be personable, with strong written and verbal communication skills and a couple of years’ experience in a similar administrative role. While FMCG experience is preferred, we’re more interested in meeting candidates whose attention to detail, accuracy and sense of humour is second to none.
