This role would suit someone who is resilient, proactive and takes initiative. Ideally you should have administration and customer service experience. This role is tūroro (patient) facing and therefore we are looking for someone who is able to manage difficult situations and tāngata (people).

role that you are applying for is one that may only be performed by a person
