Looking for;
-A professional self-starter.
-Fast learner. Excellent memory.
– Can handle high volumes.
-Preferably someone with prior receptionist experience.
-Availability to be online between 9 am to 3 PM. ((Part-time hours to start))
– Work from home, but will be required to come into the office a few times a week.
Responsibilities:
– 5 hours a day of live chat responding to customer inquiries.
– Take bookings via live chat Facebook messenger.
-Gather information for bookings and copy it over to our system.
– Screen clients and set expectations.
– Make outgoing calls.
– Take payments.
– Efficiently go between 30+ online conversations
– Scheduling our clients and cleaners.
– Report and keep account, twice a day or how many conversations took place, how many bookings, and how many rebookings.
Must have:
-Updated police check.
-Laptop.
-Facebook account.
-High energy
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
