Job Description
JYSK is looking for an Office Assistant JYSK
What the role is about
support the organisation on a daily basis though professional and effective answer and transfer of calls and e-mails and distribution of letters, scanning and drafting documents/templates
ensure good service towards customers, guests and other partners of JYSK
make agreements with office suppliers, order office supplies and maintain office equipment
organise accommodation and travelling for JYSK employees and guests from other countries
administrate the meeting/training rooms and venues and organize the service needed during a training/meeting
assist in organizing company events
Ad hoc work in connection with optimizing operations on request from any department of JYSK Head Office

Qualifications
