Requirements of the manufacturing Packager/Rewinder:

• Ability to take skills test for basic math, reading, and perception.
• Pass drug screen and background check.
• Have integrity and do the right thing.
• Curious – “how can we do this better?”. We want to hear your ideas on continuous improvement.
• Being an honest employee. Humble enough to admit mistakes.
• Active – ability walk, stand, lift 50+ pounds.
• Desire to learn – cross training for advancement onto more complex machines/other positions. Skill based pay is offered for learning up to 2 additional machines.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds continuously.
• Preferred previous warehouse experience.

Responsibilities of the manufacturing Packager/Rewinder:

• Sets up rewinder and rewinds product into required footages for shipment.
• Labels take up reels and skids for shipment to shipping department.
• Performs splicing.
• Performs preventive maintenance and components.
• Maintains equipment in a clean/ presentable condition.
• Maintains records and submits paperwork .

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.30 per hour
