Maternity Leave part and Casual, MOA / Receptionist at the Kamloops Surgical Centre (KSC). Experience is desirable but exception will be given to those who possess the key transferrable skills to succeed in this environment.

The maternity leave part time and casual position is Monday to Friday with varying shifts starting at 06:30 and the latest shift ending by 16:30 p.m. with coverage for vacation and sick days for other admin staff.

Qualifications

· Good communication skills first and foremost, strong verbal, written communication skills, along with strong listening abilities

· MS Office Suite

· MOA certification

· CPR for Healthcare Providers

· Technical skills, including accurate data entry, word and excel proficiency

· Interpersonal skills

· Initiative and problem-solving abilities

· Dependability

· Multitasking

· Prioritize

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• Desk Clerk: 1 year (preferred)
