A well-established growth-oriented mental health group practice is seeking an experienced Office Manager/Bookkeeper to add to its team. Must be curious, a quick thinker who is able to multi-task and manage multiple deadlines. Someone who appreciates processes and sees the value in efficiency. Someone who can hold and set boundaries to preserve their work focus and job integrity. The team desires to add someone who understands that there is always more to learn!
GENERAL SUMMARY:
Performs a variety of financial, human resource/benefits and general office/administrative functions. Interacts with the public and co-workers in a variety of ways requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills. Upholds company mission and values. Contributes to an environment of teamwork and cooperation.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED:
Works under the direct supervision of the owner.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
None.
