Administrative Assistant to the President
NuFargo Global Inc. is a US-based company dedicated to the research and development, clinical testing, manufacturing and distribution of high-quality natural health and wellness products. We are seeking the right person who is Upbeat, Energetic, Responsible and Dedicated to become the Administrative Assistant to the President/CEO of our organization.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for managing the day-to-day functions of the Office, administering and maintaining multiple record systems, and providing executive administrative support to the Director of Operations.
SUMMARY OF DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND GOALS
1. Coordinates customer service for office. Manages client interaction: In person and via department email and telephone systems.
2. Provides a variety of specialized administrative support to the president including schedule management, compiling complex documents, takes minutes at meetings, and assist in the development and preparation of reports.
3. Serves as backup administrator for cash reconciliation processes.
4. Maintains office supplies. Coordinates routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance of office equipment. Processes reports, forms, deposits, check requests and correspondence. Distributes department mail.
5. Adapts to changing business and technology needs. Learns and implements new procedures and technology as appropriate.
6.Perform a full range of clerical, secretarial and general office support functions.
7. Establish and maintain filing system assuring documents are readily available for reference.
8.Coordinate personnel related functions for a program area
9.Respond to inquiries through written or direct oral communication.
10.Perform other duties as required or assigned.
11. Must be able to speak and understand Chinese Mandarin.

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
