Katmai Government Services Hiring for Administrative Assistant – REMOTE at Orlando, FL Full Time

Perform a variety of non-clinical administrative support tasks.

Duties

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIE

• Coordinate program, schedules, meetings, training events, and travel.
• Manages calendars.
• Prepares documents and presentation materials.
• Processes invoices, claims and reimbursements.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities

None.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate degree in a related field.
• One (1) year of experience in a medical administrative setting.
• Must obtain and maintain any necessary security access and/or background checks (U.S. Citizenship required).

WORK ENVIRONMENT

100% remote work is authorized for this position; however, the company reserves the right to require onsite work.
