KBR has developed and implemented an innovative, cost-effective solution for the strategic management of estates and facilities services. The Estates Integrator model is an integrated approach for the strategic management of estates and facilities services which is an evolving model in the FM market.
As part of the ongoing growth of its Estates Integrator, KBR is actively recruiting to expand its team to deliver current and future public sector Estates Integrator contracts.
The role of Technical Administrator will be responsible for maintaining the reconciliation of Fire Variations, and Invoicing, assisting with Fire Risk Assessments and Audits and working collaboratively with the client Fire Safety team and the Audit team. The successful candidate should have technical administrator experience and will demonstrate responsibility for data accuracy whilst being able to work to strict deadlines. They will be a strong communicator and will be capable of working independently and collaboratively as part of a wider team. Having the ability to build rapport and liaise with a range of stakeholders internally and externally will be key in order to continuously deliver and meet contractual requirements. The successful candidate will be able to successfully manage their time, plans and resources to meet KPIs.
